I think outside of the box and offer a unique perspective, pushing the limits to encourage positive change. Life is not stagnant, and what we do in life should not be either. I am passionate about events because they are creating constant challenges. Creativity and innovation are so important to me because they are needed to overcome these challenges. At the Toledo Club, I oversee the effective execution of banquet events with upwards of 250 guests. I have experience with several banquet functions spanning informal, semi-formal and formal. These functions have been a wide range of buffets, cocktail parties, conferences, formal dinners, receptions, special events, themed banquets, traditional events, and weddings.

In the Office of Admissions, I assisted in managing the Tour Guide Program. I not only created and led presentations for our monthly staff meetings, but I was actively involved in the hiring process. Beyond my daily responsibilities and maintaining open communication, I gave a helping hand in scheduling personalized visits for prospective students and their guests.

Mason Water Moccasins

As the Head Coach of the Mason Water Moccasins, I was able to give back to my community and the team that started my swimming career. I served as the primary contact for all internal and external communication. Together, with a team of dedicated parents and coaches, we grew the program's size by 37.5 percent in 2016 and by 110 percent in 2017.

My employment with Caper's Restaurant and Bar began solely with serving. Within 3 months, I took on the responsibilities of coordinating, scheduling, and planning events in conjunction with the serving position. I led many events including birthday parties, retirement parties, graduation parties, and wedding rehearsals. I also coordinated several restaurant-wide events, as discussed further in my portfolio.

CAMPUS TOUR GUIDE
BGSU Office of Admissions
January 2017 - November 2017
I began my involvement with the BGSU Office of Admissions as a Campus Tour Guide. As a Campus Tour Guide, I recruited, advocated for, inspired, served, and educated all prospective students and their guests leading 90-minute interactive walking tours. I staffed several university-wide events including large visits days and commencement ceremonies.

Mason Water Moccasins
March 2013 - December 2015
Coaching for the Mason Water Moccasins started for me at the age of 16. I began working as an Assistant Coach to primarily 8-year-old and younger swimmers. The head coach entrusted me in creating practices, lineups, and serving as the primary contact for the younger swimmers and their families. I developed positive relationships with parents and members of the community, which led to my promotion of Head Coach.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Embassy Suites Noblesville
July 2019 - Present
As the Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center's Business Development Manager, I manage hotel and catering sales. I personally sell and manage events of upwards to 1,000 attendees for upwards to $50,000.00. My primary experience is working with the social market and I specialize in weddings, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, etc. However, I also manage several corporate meetings and large events. As the Business Development Manager, I prospect potential business and provide appropriate Sales Managers with new leads. Additionally, I manage all social media platforms.
